Big news for JM Cellars’ stunning Bramble Bump tasting room: they have recently announced that they will transition to Wine Club Members-only (and their guests) beginning April 1st, 2024.
You can try for a tasting reservation for this Saturday if you are not yet a member of their Wine Club. Click this link to reserve your wine tasting.
Owner/Head Winemaker, John Bigelow at JM Cellars Bramble Bump location in Woodinville, WA.
We have loved visiting here over the years and also loved being a member of their wine club. As wine bloggers, we decided to rotate our wine club memberships because we wanted to learn as much as possible about Woodinville wineries, and let’s be honest, storing wine gets tricky when you have 4 club memberships at once. So for space reasons (as well as budgetary concerns) I had to let that one go for now. I might change my mind and rejoin in the future, and if you have considered wine club membership at JM Cellars, what better time to join?! They are still welcoming new members.
As of this publishing, tasting room hours at Bramble Bump are Saturdays from 11 am to 4 pm and Sundays from 12 pm to 5 pm. Club members and non wine club members can still taste delicious JM Cellars wines at their Maltby tasting room. The contemporary Maltby location also serves as the winery’s production facility and you will often have a winemaker sighting there- always fun!
Other exciting news for the team at JM, is the promotion of Tommy Bigelow from Cellarmaster to Assistant Winemaker. I am happy for the Bigelow family and the team at JM Cellars. Although I will miss visiting Bramble Bump, I think the move to turn it to members only makes logistical sense.
Cheers!
