The Herbfarm Restaurant in Woodinville, Washington is legendary. I’ve had the privilege of eating there just once, during the Christmas holiday season a couple years ago – what a fabulous experience! It’s on the grounds of Willows Lodge.
I’m excited to share with you that Skyhorse Publishing is coming out with “The Spirit of the Herbfarm Restaurant: A Cookbook and Memoir” this Spring.
It’s by the late Ron Zimmerman, who founded The Herbfarm with his wife Carrie van Dyck. She’s a co-author of the book, along with Dr. Sinclair Philip from Sooke Harbour House fame.
Inside, you’ll find more than 100 farm-to-table recipes, plus Ron’s memoirs, cooking techniques, and info on the local foods grown in the garden. There are also stunning photographs of the dishes and the inside of the Herbfarm restaurant.
