Chateau Ste Michelle brunch box

We recently visited Chateau Ste Michelle to try their new Brunch Box experience and we loved it! This is a Saturday/Sunday-only experience that is reservation only. It was a delicious and fun experience at Washington State’s oldest winery and we would love to go back with more friends and family. You can view all of Chateau Ste Michelle winery experiences, and reserve your Brunch Box experience, here

Chateau Ste Michelle, mimosa flight

The brunch box is served with this fun mimosa flight that pairs four different Domaine Ste. Michelle sparkling wines with four different juice selections: tangerine, pomegranate cranberry, blueberry, and pineapple. All the sparkling wines were delicious, and our favorite juice was the tangerine. I would never have thought to create a mimosa using tangerine juice, and it is so good!

Locally grown fruit at Chateau Ste. Michelle

The fruit was sourced from a local farmers’ market, and it was spectacular! I usually find blackberries tough and unappealing, but these were delicate and sweet, I loved them. The apricots and Rainier cherries were perfectly ripened, and the strawberries were sweet and delicious.

Brunch Box tasting experience at Chateau Ste Michelle

We were stopped several times during our brunch by other guests at Chateau Ste Michelle, all of whom were eager to find out what we had ordered! I believe that the response to this new brunch box experience is going to be huge and would recommend booking your reservation well in advance. Click here to book.

The mixed mushroom, goat cheese, prosciutto parmesan egg bites that you see pictured here were insanely delicious, and I had to refrain from asking for more! I gladly rate these as the best egg bites I have ever eaten.

This brunch box is $60 per person, and the menu includes these roasted fingerling potatoes that were tender and flavorful and offer an elegant twist on traditional hash brown potatoes.

French toast at Chateau Ste Michelle

I devoured this cornflake-crusted croissant French toast, which was served with a strawberry rhubarb compote and a delightful earl grey whipped cream.

The culinary team was incredibly accommodating when we placed an advanced request for gluten-free options. They prepared an extra plate of brie cheese and gluten-free crackers, as well as offered us an extra serving of egg bites. We truly appreciated this hospitality. The service team was just as impressive and very friendly.

At the end of our visit, we were gifted a bottle of bubbly to take home with us, what a generous way to end our fantastic brunch experience!

Cheers!
