It was a rainy afternoon when I decided to head into Three of Cups Winery in Woodinville. Carrie has gifted me quite a few of their wines many times, but I haven’t had the opportunity to visit the tasting room.
You will find a cluster of tasting rooms off of Woodinville-Snohomish Road, across from the Hampton Inn. One of those is Three of Cups. Mike, one of the owners, mentioned that people would use their tasting room for work. Instead of bustling coffee shops, you can visit a quieter atmosphere here!
I stopped by at the perfect time! It was cozy and quiet.
Mike chatted wine with me while I was there. He has such a passion for wine-making and it is a joy to hear about it! I learned an enormous amount while I was there.
He offered 9 stunning wines to try out. I won’t break down every single one, but they were all incredible. Instead, I’ll share which ones I took home with me!
I couldn’t resist their 2021 Rosé – Cinsaut. Mike remembered that Carrie also loves this Rosé.
My other favorite is their 2019 L’ermite. This is 100% Grenache and tastes phenomenal!
It was hard to choose because everything was tasty.
This is a big year for Three of Cups! First, this was their first year participating in the Enumclaw Expo Wine & Chocolate Festival.
Not only that, but Three of Cups will be supplying a Cabernet Franc to their club members. This is their first bottle of Cabernet Franc ever – I cannot wait to try it!
Come visit Three of Cups and wind down after a long work day!
