I recently visited Vivi Pizzeria in the heart of Woodinville’s Hollywood District for a delicious pizza. It had been a very long time since I had been here.I was really excited for the team at Vivi when I saw their updated restaurant and kitchen. The space feels brighter and more spacious than it did the last time I was there, but still remains and intimate and cozy setting.
I ordered the Capicola Piccante, made with spicy Capicola, pepperoni, Italian sausage, tomato sauce, artichoke, onion and garlic. It would pair perfectly with a glass of Washington State Sangiovese!
Kaiti’s gluten-free pasta was a variation of the fettuccini alla crema, with chicken, artichokes and a lemony cream sauce. It looked so good that I wanted to steal a bite, and she told me it was delicious! Any time she finds a restaurant with delicious gluten-free options on their menu, it is always very much appreciated!
We are always impressed with the food and service at Vivi, and this trip was no exception. The restaurant is kid-friendly and also has a spacious, enclosed patio. I would be remiss not to mention a wide selection of Washington State wines from Ashton Troy Winery, Gorman Winery, Lauren Ashton Cellars, Woodhouse Wine Estates and Sparkman Cellars, Mark Ryan, Nine Hats, DeLille Cellars and Chateau Ste. Michelle.
Vivi Pizzeria is open 7 days a week and has an online ordering option, here. Parking can be a bit intimidating, so be sure to drive around the back of the building to find a few more spots.
I hope you enjoy your lunch or dinner at Vivi As much as we did!
Cheers
~ Jen
