Have you been to William Grassie Wine Estates in Snoqualmie Ridge yet? I love meeting friends or having a date night there, it is always a warm a cozy time. We enjoyed a white and rose wine flight, which included a Pinot Gris, a stainless steel aged Sauvignon Blanc/Semillon blend, and a choice between two Rosés.
I chose the Sweet Max Rosé, while my friend Zoe went with the Salish Sea dry rosé. I didn’t get a lot of tasting notes from the nice young man who helped us, but I did enjoy the white wine blend so much that I bought a bottle. The stone fruit and green apple notes were bright and irresistible!
My gorgeous friend Zoe agreed with me about the Pinot Gris/Semillon blend. I was so excited to meet up with her, since our wine tasting dates have become extremely limited due to her small children at home.
