After Hours wine walks returned to Woodinville this Fall and it was great to have these events happening again! Carrie and I went to the Woodin Creek Village wine walk, the newest urban neighborhood in Woodinville.
This is the street view from the patio at Alexandria Nicole Cellars. There are some fantastic people watching from this spot, you should check it out.
Here is the tasting lineup at Bayernmoor Cellars. We didn’t stop for a wine tasting here, but we love Bayernmoor! Their chef, Chef Tori creates some amazing food to pair with Bayernmoor’s mostly Washington State Pinot Noir lineup. If you have not visited this tasting room yet, you should.
Wine Alley feels very European and I love it! Here in the alley, you will find tasting rooms such as Truth Teller Winery, Baer Winery, Ancestry Cellars, Adam’s Bench and the office of Woodinville Wine Country.
One thing is clear about Woodinville’s Woodin Creek, it is very dog friendly! Charlotte was a sweet pup who eagerly posed for a pic. The business district here is flanked by residential living, and there is a lot of foot traffic. It seems that everyone has a dog! It is helpful to know that there is a new crop of wonderful tasting rooms and restaurants in Woodinville that offer a dog-friendly atmosphere.
It is great to have several new restaurants as well as tasting rooms with full kitchens in Woodin Creek Village. Here are some of the small bites offered at Alexandria Nicole Cellars.
Rocky Pond Winery was all decked out for the season! They are another tasting room in the Woodin Creek Village that has two large patios. They also serve amazing food by Chef Doug Setniker.
Brian Carter Cellars’ new tasting room will be opening in this area of Woodin Creek Village in the coming months and we can’t wait to visit them in their new space next to Bayernmoor Cellars (where Brian is the consulting winemaker).
Special thanks to Amber at Woodinville Wine Country for hosting us at this fabulous wine walk! It is so wonderful to see these types of activities safely return to Woodinville.
Cheers! ~Jen
