DeLille Cellars is expanding again! The team at DeLille recently announced exciting news that they are opening a new wine lounge in the former Red Hook Brewery site, previous home of Wheelhouse Restaurant and Forrester’s Public House. This Lounge will be located adjacent to the existing winery and tasting room, and will offer wine pairings, glass pours, wine flights and event/meeting spaces.

We are super excited to see what the completed space will look like! The former patio will re-open as The Deck and will offer generous outdoor seating, as well as an expanded menu. Executive Chef, Michael C. Toni will be directing the menu and food pairings.

The Lounge DeLille Cellars  Chef Toni, (owner of A Platinum Event) has been working with DeLille Cellars for nearly 20 years catering winemaker dinner, private events and most recently, DeLille’s “Date Night” dinners, which have been a fabulous addition over the past year. We are excited that this setting will offer a more casual wine and food experience, with later hours! I have enjoyed taking the Burke Gilman and Sammamish River trails to Red Hook many times over the years, and I know that many of you are looking forward to doing the same and checking out this new space.

I was thrilled for this sneak peek of The Lounge, which is slated to be completed and ready to open early this summer. Kate Cudney of Hinge Studio is the architect on this project, and also designed the DeLille tasting room. That space (which opened in 2019) is stunning and we are certain the aesthetic of the new expansion will be every bit as beautiful. We will see you there soon!
