Some of my guests at the beginning of all this weren’t comfy touching wine glasses I carried out from my house. So I started stocking up canned wines from Cascadian Outfitters, Alexandria Nicole Cellars, 14 Hands, and Karma Vineyards over in Chelan. My guests could wipe the cans down with their preferred sanitizer, then enjoy the chilled wine straight from the can. And that meant less cleanup time for me at the end of the night! Just toss the empty cans into my recycle bin, put out the remains of the fire, close up the fire pit table and call it good!
I just noticed the packaging has changed on the Cascadian Outfitters canned wines – love the retro font! I was gifted this particular set at the Woodinville Goose Ridge Vineyards tasting room (thank you for the comp!) I really wanted to photograph these cans in the snow during our recent Snow Day, but I had run out of my supply. If we get snow one more time before winter is over, you’re bound to see pics of me enjoying this canned wine by the bonfire.
I’m thinking of gifting a few six-packs of this delicious canned Washington wine to my friends who hike, camp, kayak, bike, ski, snowshoe, or sit outside lazily by bonfires like I do.
Cascadian Outfitters canned wines come in Red Blend, Rosé, Rosé Bubbles, and Chardonnay. (Be aware that each can is considered two glasses of wine, so don’t overdo it on accident! Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!)
Happy adventuring here in the Pacific Northwest!
