Recently I was bored and thought it would be fun to head into the backyard and play around with adding glittery edible “Prism Powder” sparkles to a glass of Rose wine from Woodinville.

I can’t wait to set up a Sparkling Mimosa table next time I host two or three friends for a social distancing backyard brunch!
The Rose I chose to pour these into was definitely more salmon colored than pink, and I poured it into a clear glass, so I want you to note that the wine looked very orange on this particular sunny day!
You might not be able to get the wine super pink with this glitter, but at least you’d have really sparkly pretty glittery wine. I think your friends would be suitably impressed and feel so festive!
Let’s experiment and see what Prism Powders look like in sparkling rose and in bubbly wine?
