There’s a new winery opening up in the Woodinville warehouse district this weekend: Category 5 Cellars! I met these guys last year briefly and tasted their delicious Albarino. I know they’ve been working so hard to make their dream of owning a Woodinville tasting room come true, and the day is finally here!
Due to the current situation, they’ll be hosting a virtual grand opening instead of an in-person event. The Grand Opening will take place on Zoom, Saturday May 16 at 4 pm. Visit this page to learn how to sign up for the Virtual Grand Opening.

I’m dying to ask them why their white wine Albarino is called “Firewall Red” and I’m so excited to see a Petit Verdot on their tasting menu.
