Rosé All Day book, by Katherine Cole. Who doesn’t like to Rosé All Day? This “essential guide to your new favorite wine” presents a chapter on Rosé through the Ages, and a Primer on Pink Wine. Further chapters follow with guides to French, Italian, Northern European, Iberian and new world Rosé wines. Chapter 9 features Exotic Rosé regions, including Corsica and Africa.
Rosé Cocktails book, by Julia Charles. I love cocktails, and the thought of combining cocktails and Rosé wine makes me very happy (and thirsty). This book presents 40 recipes for pink wine-based drinks, including aperitifs and sparklers, spritzes & coolers, slushies & crushes; punches & pitchers.
Happy reading!
