Something Fun You Can Serve to Your Non-Drinking Guests at Your Next Rosé Party

I throw parties quite often, and this summer I’m sure to host several Rosé wine tasting parties. I’d like to do something special for my guests who attend but are left out of the Rosé drinking fun. What can I do for my guests who are non-drinkers, recovering alcoholics, pregnant, or designated drivers?

In the past, I’ve put out lots of sodas, flavored sparkling waters, lemonade and iced tea.

But now with my discovery of the new Martinelli’s Sparkling Blush (I bought it at the Woodinville Costco) my abstaining guests can enjoy their own pink, festive drink.

The Sparkling Blush is made from apples with a bit of raspberry mixed in to provide the pink color. The sparkling cider is 100% non-alcoholic.

To avoid confusion, I’ll set up a Sparkling Blush station separately from the table I’ll be serving real Rosé wine on.

I’ll be sure to include a full ice bucket and scoop for it, and I’ll use pink glasses to enhance the color of the beverage and carry through the pink drink theme. At future parties, I’ll tuck some flower pots or flower arrangements in colorful glass vases down below to liven up the display.

I might add some pink-colored herbal iced teas on this non-alcoholic drink station too.

I thought these bottles looked cute in my galvanized wagon server (affiliate link, via Pier 1 Imports). However, I discovered the hard way that this wagon server leaks ice water all over the table below. I wouldn’t want my sparkling blush cider to get warm, so I can’t actually serve it from this cute wagon. I guess I’d set these in an ice bucket of their own, and serve napkins and cutlery in the wagon instead!

Check out our Facebook page for the live video I’ll make when I taste this sparkling blush cider for myself!
