Sean Boyd was the head winemaker for Woodinville Wine Cellars for fourteen years. He’s now opened his own winery here in Woodinville’s Artisan Hill district. Sean also makes wine for Ded Reckoning.
The tasting room is spacious, well-lit, and features art by local artist Eric Boston.
Sightglass Cellars has two wine releases per year, in February and in September. Learn more about their wine club here. The current releases are a memorable Cabernet Franc, a stunning Cabernet Sauvignon, and an incredible 91 point unoaked Chardonnay.
On a personal note, I’ve served Sightglass Cellars at parties this fall where guests exclaimed over how good it was, and gifted a bottle or two to family members in Wenatchee who raved about the wine and begged me to bring back more next time I visit.
