Last Sunday, I had promised my boyfriend a beer or two, after he’d spent the morning working hard in our tomato garden. I was going to take him to 20 Corners Brewing for his well-earned reward.
But on our way by, I got super excited when I saw Castillo de Feliciana’s sandwich sign board turned to “open.” I couldn’t resist stopping, on our way to get Bob a beer, for a glass of their fabulous sangria. It felt very selfish, but he chuckled and didn’t mind relaxing and waiting a few minutes longer.
The Sangria is $8 per glass, and I thought you might like to take a peek at their current wine tasting lineup as well.
There are patios to the left and to the right of the tasting room, and I love that there’s plenty of parking.
I love their festive red patio chairs. They’ve arranged their tables so you aren’t bumping right up against your fellow tasting room visitors.
Check out all the cute tables for two you could choose from in Feliciana’s sunny, spacious yard.
Bob and I found this shady place to sit in a cozy corner, taking in the ambience.
Though we were there close to closing, the tasting room was buzzing with activity. Lots of people seemed to think it was a great idea to stop for sangria on this hot and sunny summer day here in Woodinville.
It was hard not to greedily guzzle down my ice cold, fruit-filled sangria. I really did take time to sip it and enjoy indulging in my glass.
You can read more about Castillo de Feliciana’s Sangria on their Sangria FAQ page.
This is the face of a happy lady (albeit one who had better finish her sangria and go get her boyfriend to his brewery!)
Next time you’re in Woodinville on a weekend, stop by to treat yourself to a glass of Sangria!
