We had a lovely visit to Sparkman Cellars in the Hollywood Hills Winery District Tasting Room here in Woodinville.
Check out the beautiful acid etched copper tasting bar shown with the large bottle of Wilderness red. This location is located in the heart of Woodinville’s tourist district.
Bright windows add lots of light to the space. They feature local art here as well!
Sparkman Cellars has a larger tasting room located in Woodinville’s Warehouse District that is suitable for larger events. We are eager to visit them there and share our photos with you.
We started our tasting off with the Birdie Riesling, a zingy wine with pear and spice aromas. This had a dry finish and would pair well with many food choices.
Isn’t this an amazing installment? Here you see Sparkman’s 42 year-old tap vine.
Bottles artfully line the walls within the tasting room.
We took the advice of Marlena, our wine expert, and purchased bottles of the 2014 Untamed Syrah and a 2015 Yonder Cabernet Franc. Carrie took home a bottle of the Underworld Petite Verdot to serve at her Thanksgiving gathering.
Join the Ring Of Fire wine club for discounts on all purchases, use of either tasting room locations for members and their guests, and the option to purchase library wines.
