A Quick Trip to J. Bookwalter Tasting Studio

One day Jen and I were headed to lunch at the Bistro at Hollywood Schoolhouse. We like to meet up at least once a week to catch up on work and, let’s face it, tons of gossip.

We were hungry, but were enticed inside J. Bookwalter Tasting Studio briefly first.

The tasting room manager, Jorge, is super friendly, and let us wander around exploring their pleasant space.

There’s plenty of room for larger groups (six or eight) but also cozier tables for two or three tasters.

Wine bottles hang awaiting purchase by thirsty wine tasters!

The tasting counter was empty of patrons, but only because it was so early in the morning on a weekday.

We wished we had time to stay for a tasting ourselves, but our lunch beckoned.

We admired their attractive outdoor patio and imagined ourselves sipping wine carefree out here on such a nice day.

There’s a fire pit for evening events, and some nice landscaping features.

There’s plentiful parking out front, which we always really appreciate.

Inside, cozy couches beckon you to linger over your wine tasting.

Imagine lounging on these comfortable leather couches while at a wine tasting with your closest friends!

We couldn’t prevent ourselves from stopping to gawp at and covet these gigantic bottles of wine!

The Woodinville tasting studio is currently open from 12pm to 6pm, seven days a week.
